Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Terrox ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Terrox is a CRM platform for field service contractors. It provides tools for lead management, quoting, invoicing, scheduling, and payment collection. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One account per contractor business. You must be at least 18 years old to use Terrox.

4. Subscription and Billing

Terrox is offered at $89.99/month with a 5-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. After the trial, your payment method will be billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing settings. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Payment Processing

Payment processing for contractor subscriptions is handled by Stripe. Payment collection from your customers via Stripe Connect is subject to Stripe's Connected Account Agreement and Terms of Service. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding payment collection from your customers.

6. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Terrox — leads, quotes, invoices, and customer records. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell or share your business data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Terrox to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited commercial email
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
  • Impersonate another person or business
  • Use the platform for any purpose other than field service business operations

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Terrox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data loss, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time through billing settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
