Terrox ("we," "us," or "our") operates terrox.net, a CRM platform for field service contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, company name, and phone number.
Business data: We store the leads, quotes, invoices, and job records you create within the platform. This data belongs to you.
Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.
Usage data: We collect basic analytics (page views, errors) to improve the platform. We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the Terrox platform
- To send transactional emails (quotes, invoices, job confirmations) on your behalf
- To process subscription billing via Stripe
- To respond to support requests
- To send product updates (you may opt out at any time)
4. Third-Party Services
We integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Stripe — payment processing and Connect accounts
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Google — Calendar integration and Maps
- Twilio — SMS messaging (contractor-configured)
- Vercel — hosting and analytics
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only as necessary to operate the platform (e.g., passing your email to Resend to send a quote).
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain data for 30 days before deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security in our database, and hashed authentication tokens. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
